What You'll Do:

Define, specify, and implement quality standards and procedures for manufacturing processes.
Provide technical advice to cross-functional teams on process improvement projects.
Offer guidance to less experienced engineers.
Complete Quality Engineering assignments with minimal supervision.
Develop and implement corrective actions.
Host source inspectors and customer auditors as needed.
Prepare and present materials to customer representatives or facility employees.
Provide technical support to internal and external customers and suppliers.
Formulate and implement quality assurance procedures, policies, and standards.Qualifications:

HNC/HND or Degree in Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in the aerospace industry.Skills:

Ability to read and understand blueprints, specifications, and requirements.
Knowledge of machining, assembly operations, gauging, SPC, APQP, and quality assurance systems (ISO 9001, AS9100).
Experience performing quality audits.
Familiarity with MS Office software and PC configuration using MS Windows OS.
Project management experience preferred.
Prior supervisory experience preferred.
ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), or Certified Quality Manager (CQMgr) is preferred.What We Offer:
