Title: Production Operative
Salary: £11.50 per hour + Paid overtime
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
Location: Whetstone, Leicestershire

***Permanent role and immediately available
The Production Operative Role:
* A proactive role, carrying out various duties from initial picking of materials through to packing for dispatch, operating as part of a small team
* Following specifications and ensuring accuracy in the work carried out
* Using various hand tools and soldering
* Managing and maintaining stock levels
* Quality checking items
* Reporting into the Production Manager and ensuring meeting production targets
* Comply with health and safety and general house keeping
You’ll Need:
* Previous experience of working in a manufacturing or engineering setting isn't essential, however desirable
* Manual handling will be expected as part of the role
* Excellent problem solving skills
* IT Literate
* Good awareness of Health & Safety in a manufacturing environment
* Full UK Driving Licence is preferred as you may be required to support with deliveries during busier times
