Harris global are currently looking for a Digital Operations Executive to join our client on a permanent basis. This role will require 3 days per week onsite in the London office.

The successful candidate will ideally come from a digital operations background with a focus around systems/IT operations.

Knowledge of SaaS platforms and Event Registration or the Event industry is highly desirable.

Responsibilities will include:

• Working in a tight knit Digital Operations team, supporting the implementation of event registration from conception to launch across various systems
• Supporting Event Registration Consolidation plan onboarding new event teams to our organisational registration system
• Performing digital project administration tasks and supporting systems (ie mobile apps)

Skills will include:

• Candidates will ideally come from a background of working within IT or systems operations
• Have a basic understanding of HTML and CSS
• Possess good knowledge of digital marketing and multi-channel campaigns
• Have experience working with SaaS systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage and support different projects simultaneously
• Must have the ability to understand analytics and drive data-driven conclusions
