Customer Service Advisor

£26000 plus up to £4000 bonus
Guildford
Permanent - full time

Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm plus 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am to 1pm.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised, customer focused motivated team player to join a friendly customer service team working for a well-known, prestigious brand.

The role:

This busy role will see you speaking to customers, ensuring they receive excellent customer service.

Main duties of this role

Handle and direct calls to the relevant departments
Receive Customer Service enquiries by telephone and successfully convert these into Aftersales bookings.
Maximise service sales and profitability by selling core products
Accurately record information
Upsell products or promotions by telephone or email to increase and improve customer retention.
Skills required:

Customer focused approach to work
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work to deadlines and manage changing priorities
High attention to detail
