Operations Administrator

Location: Wyton, Cambridgeshire

Salary: £24,430 per annum

Contract Type: Permanent

We are seeking an Operations Administrator for our client in Wyton. This is a permanent role with one of the UK's leading automotive companies.

Objectives for Role:

* Accurately update vehicle records in a timely manner.

* Maintain attention to detail in cost assignments for repairs.

* Prioritise tasks to meet SLA deadlines.

* Assist the Technical Manager with vehicle progress reports.

* Perform ad hoc duties to ensure smooth administrative operations.

* Adhere to health and safety regulations.

* Provide professional service to all customers.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

* Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers.

* Good time management with the ability to prioritise under pressure.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel for data reporting.

* Basic knowledge of HSE legislation.
