Reporting to the Managing Director, you will proactively work with the design team and provide technical support, pricing and contract matters from tender stage to build stage to ensure each project is deliverable with the allotted client budget and programme.

Your main responsibilities:

* Pricing tenders in line with project brief, building parameters and submitted designs

* Price all project tenders in-line with the project brief, building parameters and submitted design, ensuring Gross Profit targets are achievable

* Work with the Design Director and Architectural Technician on each project to ensure all produced designs are accurate, technically correct, deliverable, and fully costed

* Accurately input pricing and scope of work details into Maris excel documentation and upload to Oscar Ensure all quotations and technical designs are saved in the relevant project sub folder for ease of access by wider team

You will be able to demonstrate 5+ years’ experience in a commercial pre-contract role, ideally in a design and build environment and or (BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent).
