THE ROLE- 1:1 Learning Support Assistant

Being a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant, you will be attending to the child’s personal needs and supporting them in their educational, social, emotional and physical development. Your main aim will be to engage and motivate pupils in all tasks provided and helping them complete their work. You will be working with children on a one-to-one basis, aged 3 to 11.

THE SCHOOL-1:1 Learning Support Assistant

The primary school consists of 308 pupils, where the staff work to provide a happy, safe and stimulating environment. The school has a strong Christian ethos but also celebrates the many cultures and backgrounds from which the children, families and staff have come. You can travel to the school but public transport, as there are a few bus routes and a couple stations nearby. In May 2021, they were rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted.
