Our client is looking for someone like you to support their vibrant Manchester office and remote teams, working closely with the Managing Director to ensure seamless operations. You’ll be the heart of the office, handling everything from meeting coordination to event planning and administrative support.
About the Role
* Role: Office Manager/EA
* Location: Manchester
* Position: Full time, permanent
* Salary: of up to £40,000 DOE.

Responsibilities
* Managing office logistics and being the go-to person for staff.
* Coordinating meetings, travel, and managing supplies.
* Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes.
* Organising internal events, charity work, and team activities.
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety and office security protocols.
Skills and Experience
* Previous EA or Office Management experience
* Strong MS Office skills
* Self starter, motivated
* Great organisational skills
