Collaborating with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to develop and implement strategic planning policies.
Leading the development and execution of planning strategies to support sustainable growth across the UK.
Managing planning applications, appeals, and consultations in line with legislation and best practices.
Conducting site searches, feasibility studies, and impact assessments to inform decision-making.
Engaging with local communities, businesses, and government agencies to address planning-related issues.
Providing expert planning advice and guidance to clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
Keeping abreast of legislative changes, trends, and best practices in urban planning.Requirements:

Previous experience in planning (local government, consultancy, or development industry).
Relevant planning qualification (or working towards one).
Membership of RTPI (or working towards membership).
