Our established client based in Harrogate is looking to recruit 2 Sales Executives to join their team. This is a great opportunity for forward thinking, outgoing people who are not afraid to drive business forward and reap the benefits. With an attractive basic package and uncapped commission we would love to hear from you if you would like to be a part of this wonderful team.

You will be expected to self-generate leads, and proactively reach out to new connections in order to book appointments and generate sales. You will need to have the right attitude above everything, professional, personable, resilient hardworking and results driven. Extensive training, support and coaching will be offered throughout the sales process.

Respsonsibilities include -

* Identifying new business opportunities through research and profiling working full-time from head office in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

* Proactive prospecting via telephone, emails, social media, LinkedIn etc.

* Understanding the product and solutions and dealing with some technical sales.

* Learning and understanding products, solutions, and customer needs.

* Being organised in your approach to time management and be able to work well and communicate effectively with others when needed.

* Booking meetings with key decision makers and further down the line shadowing more senior salespeople to understand the sales cycle and gain exposure to clients.

* Being creative and consultative in the sales process.

* Engaging with virtual teams to help support and manage demand generation

* Client retention and driving new business opportunity

* Achieving and exceeding revenue and profit-based targets (team or individual based)

The role would be perfect for someone with the following attributes -

* Highly self-motivated, eager to learn and extremely results and target driven

* Organised, self-motivated and can work autonomously with good discipline.

* Outgoing personality who enjoys travel and interacting with various personality types. After around 1 year in the role there will be opportunities to attend conferences, exhibitions, and other events to meet new prospects.

* Passionate about helping clients

* Strong listening, communication, presentation, and discovery skills

* Ability to multi-task, prioritise work in a fast pace dynamic environment

Training

You will receive the full suite of sales training and on-going training and coaching with the client on their products, services, and solutions. The induction will consist of a comprehensive programme which will arm you with the knowledge and tools to be able to start your career with the business. The client will also provide ongoing mentorship to ensure you’re always developing and being upskilled with opportunities to meet and experience working with other parts of the organisation.

Full time, permanent position with a £25-£29k basic salary with uncapped earning potential in terms of commission. Working hours 9am to 5pm. Given the ambition of the company and with this being a lucrative market sector the long-term earning potential is significant.
