About the Role: As our new Project Coordinator, you’ll be diving into the fast-paced world of Packaging Design, working with some of the biggest brands. You’ll be one of the friendly, outgoing faces of our agency, liaising with clients on occasion and managing important project details behind the scenes. This role is perfect for someone who’s organised, great with administration, and loves tackling challenges with a positive attitude.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Working alongside the Project Management team and Sales team in the London office, reporting day to day to Senior Project Manager and overall, with the Head of Client Services.

* Handling lots of complex information and keeping everything organised

* Communicating with potential clients, the studio and our manufacturing supply chain throughout the entire project lifecycle.

* Managing project timelines and assisting with key project administration.

* Collaborating with our talented Design team to bring exciting packaging concepts to life

* Growing your commercial understanding of the Packaging Design industry

What We’re Looking For:

* Fully conversant with Microsoft Office (essential)

* Lots of energy, dedication, and a can-do attitude

* A friendly and outgoing personality

* Great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks

* Some commercial awareness and a definite willingness to learn

* Hard-working and eager to develop within a thriving creative environment
