Quality Control Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Control Team Leader

Ideally with a strong background in Quality Assurance and control within the Manufacturing / Automotive industry

£15.00 per hour - weekly pay

Days Monday to Thursday 8am to 4.30pm and Friday 8am to 2pm - plenty of overtime available

Based in Cannock

Experience of a Quality Control Team Leader

Proven experience in quality control or assurance
Strong knowledge of quality standards, including ISO
Excellent leadership and team management
Mechanics / Electrical / Automotive experience is an advantage
Strong problem solving skills

Continuous improvement
Manufacturing and production Responsibilities of a Quality Control Team Leader

Lead and manage the daily operations of the quality control team
Ensure all products meet the required quality standards before shipment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
Mentor and train quality control team members
Develop corrective and preventative measures
Conduct internal audits and documentation Based in Cannock, Staffordshire
