SAP Roll-out Cutover Manager - Permanent employment - English speaking

We are supporting a global partner of ours in this search for an experience as an SAP Roll-out Cutover Manager.

The Cutover manager works with the different functional and technical teams and works in close collaboration with the local business cutover managers from the different plants that are in scope.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in SAP project delivery, of which at least 5 in a SAP S/4HANA context.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry (preferably steel or aluminium business)
• Experience and general knowledge about SAP and/or MES systems
• Experience with defining and execution cutover plans for complex SAP projects in a multi-national context
• Experience with working effectively and efficiently in a complex Matrix-organisational structure
• Excellent communication & presentation skills, must be a team player
• Worked in onsite-offshore delivery mode
• College or University (IT/Business Degree or Equivalent)
• Project Management methodologies (PMI, Prince 2, Agile/Scrum)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Solution builder and consensus seeker
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good solution and people management skills
• Good overall (cutover) management skills
• Working in a multi-cultural environment
• Preparedness to travel (within Europe) for 50% of the time
