We are looking for a motivated and friendly individual to join our growing patient care team. Miracle-Ear specializes in hearing health care, providing hearing tests and hearing aids to patients.

Responsibilities
Demonstrate and sell hearing aids, batteries and other specialty products as described.
Recognize opportunities to ask needs-based questions to provide extraordinary customer service, creating patient loyalty.
Maintain basic knowledge of hearing aid technology and be able to perform basic cleaning/hearing related services as allowed by state law.
Manage the patient journey through appointment consultation, testing, education, sale, and after-care.
Maintain and update patient charts and ensuring information is up to date.
Maintains a clean, inviting, and friendly environment.
Ability to multi-task effectively in a healthcare setting, while maintaining confidentiality of patient records.
Working side by side with the hearing care professional to ensure excellent patient satisfaction and exceed monthly office goals.
Compensation
Base pay of $20-$25/hour during training
Eligible for competitive commission plan once licensed
High earning potential once in a selling capacity
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Daytime hours
20-30 hours weekly
Holidays Off
Requirements
Associate's Degree required for state licensure
Good verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate level of computer literacy
Professional level listening and problem-solving skills
Seeks learning opportunities, eager to learn a new skill
Passionate about helping others
Experience in sales environment is a plus
