Responsibilities

Build relationships with clients and assist them in marketing and purchasing properties at the right price and under the best terms

Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to provide suitable solutions

Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate the value of properties

Promote property sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services

Requirements

Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

Trustworthy and reliable, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Proven ability to work independently and effectively manage sales

Possess a consultative approach to business and excellent negotiation skills

Proficient in MS Office applications

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Minimum age of 18 years old
