Responsibilities:

Provide guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property

Determine clients' needs and propose suitable solutions

Display and market real properties to potential buyers

Assist sellers in promoting their properties to attract advantageous offers

Stay knowledgeable about the real estate market and best practices

Requirements

Outstanding people skills with a friendly and approachable personality

Demonstrable aptitude in negotiation and sales

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with excellent interpersonal skills

Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Must be 18 years old or above
