Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with clients and provide guidance throughout the buying and selling process

Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable real estate solutions

Market and promote properties to attract potential buyers

Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices

Assist sellers in effectively promoting their properties to secure favorable offers

Requirements

Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor

Proven ability in negotiations and sales

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Basic computer skills

A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license

Must be 18 years or older
