Join Our Dynamic Team as a Physical Therapist in East Brunswick, NJ

Position Overview: As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients of all ages and backgrounds. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a diverse patient population, including those recovering from injuries, surgeries, or managing chronic conditions.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (9am-5pm)
Salary: $100k to $120k a year Plus full benefits
Patient Population: made up of older adults and a combination of major medical; insurance, and Medicare insurance patients.
Team Structure: Our team consist of 2 PT’S, 2 PTA’S and 3 Rehab Techs.
We treat a range of conditions including:
lower backpain, Osteoarthritis, shoulder pain, knee pain, elbow pain, tennis elbow carpal tunnel syndrome and chronic pain.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
Implement evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes.
Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions in accordance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree (DPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Active New Jersey license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
At least 2 years of experience in this field.
Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
