In this role, you’ll be one of our customers’ first point of contact, responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer care experience. On a typical day, you may:
Work with a stellar team of CCRs and other departments to find excellent solutions for homeowners
Follow up with homeowners or trade partners to schedule or check on status of repairs
Ensure that homeowners are satisfied with services and solutions
Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a customer’s question or solve a problem
Troubleshoot common issues
Answer phone calls or emails and develop expert knowledge to best help homeowners
This is a full-time position based out of CBH Homes’ headquarters in Meridian, Idaho, available now. We offer competitive benefits and have one of the best vacation parties in town!

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask
Strong organizational skills
