Quality Control - Parallel Employment
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control professional to join our team at Parallel Employment. This role is essential in ensuring that we maintain the highest quality standards in our products.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Handle various product QA activities and examine production defects, safety issues, and employee concerns
• Preform tear tests and visual quality inspections of finished goods
• First piece, last piece, and in-process inspection
• Work with machine operators to make machine adjustments as needed
• Provide accurate production counts on rejected or damaged material
• Helps educate and motivate production employees to achieve required quality expectations
• Ensures that product quality meets or exceeds established standards
• Must be willing to work flexible hours and overtime on short notice

2ND SHIFT: 5:00 PM -1:00 AM M-TH, FRI 3-11 PM
PAY: $16.50/ HR
JOB LOCATION: RACINE, WI
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a relevant field is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality control role.
Experience in manufacturing, ideally within the food industry.
Strong understanding of quality control processes and standards.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
