Join Our Team as a Scheduler!

Position Summary:

As a Scheduler at BlueSprig, you'll report directly to the Scheduling Manager. We're looking for someone with top-notch interpersonal and organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to make analytical and decisive decisions. You'll need to be a multitasker who can prioritize daily tasks, provide guidance to staff, and set an example of professionalism.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate weekly and monthly schedules for patients and staff.

Keep supervisors and staff informed about schedule changes, cancellations, and updates.

Maintain up-to-date records of client authorization hours and staff availability.

Handle hourly and daily scheduling changes efficiently.

Conduct audits and reviews of client and staff hours.

Ensure security and confidentiality of files and sensitive information.

Meet all deadlines set by leadership.

Communicate regularly and provide updates to all necessary parties.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

An associate's degree or higher is preferred, along with at least 1 year of scheduling experience in an office or professional setting.
