Overview:
Salary range for this position is $86,944-$115.190; Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Manager Provider Services, is responsible for the activities of the assigned division within the Service Line by providing non-clinical leadership and support to physicians and advanced practice providers. This position is responsible for the operational and financial performance of assigned division(s) consistent with the goals and objectives set by the organization and service line leadership. Responsibilities include operations of division, financial planning and performance, developing and maintaining manpower, and recruitment planning.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: Associates Degree with 5 years leadership and/or HR experience; Bachelors required within 2 years of hire date.
Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Master's Degree Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or Nursing
Experience: 3 years leadership experience Experience in working with physicians and APPS.
