Responsibilities:
The primary purpose of the Business Consultant (Radiology) position is to drive operational excellence, financial performance, and strategic growth within the Radiology Department. The role involves analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance service delivery, patient satisfaction, and departmental efficiency as assigned. The Business Consultant will collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to optimize resource utilization, negotiate vendor contracts, and contribute to the overall mission of delivering high‐quality diagnostic services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required. Must be a graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine program with a valid license to work in the field of
nuclear medicine technology in the State of New Jersey. NJ State license and ARRT or NMTCB Certification and current active registration
required. Three (3) years’ experience in Nuclear Medicine required. One (1) year of experience at a Lead or Supervisory level required.
Must possess the necessary licensure for Fusion Imaging or agree to obtain licensure within 1.5 years of hire. Additional related experience
may be substituted on a year‐for‐year basis for the degree requirements. Competent in all aspects of Nuclear Medicine related procedures
and American College of Radiology (ACR) requirements. Annual fit testing is required. Must maintain valid certification by the American
Heart Association in Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR. Participation in the on‐call program required.
Credential required: NJ State license, in Nuclear Medicine Technology and Limited Fusion Imaging/Diagnostic Radiography, ARRT(N) or
NMTCB, ARRT (R or CT) or NMTCB CT, and Basic Life Support CPR.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position requires sitting under 1/3 of the time, use of hands to finger, handle, or feel to 2/3 of the time, reach
with hands and arms under 1/3 of the time, stooping, crawling, kneeling, crouching under 1/3 of the time, talking or hearing more than
2/3 of the time.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Moderate noise (examples: business office with computers and printers, light traffic). Exposure to blood borne
pathogens that requires use of personal protective equipment.
