Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services/Custodial Manager for Eagleville Hospital to oversee the housekeeping team. This is a 300 bed Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Hospital located in Eagleville PA. The successful candidate will work Day Shift (6:30AM to 3PM) managing a team of 15, working every other weekend including some holidays as business needs dictate. Overall will manage daily interaction, weekly huddles, and meetings. Prior Environmental Service management experience in a health care/hospital environment would be helpful. Candidate must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to handle multiple priorities at one time, in a fast paced environment.

We are looking for a candidate who:

is a leader who develops and motivates a team to exceed the expectations of clients and customers in service and the technical execution of a health care housekeeping system;

has experience with Sodexo EVS systems and processes 

has 3 years previous custodial or housekeeping management experience in a hospital or healthcare environment;

has experience effectively managing projects within agreed upon time-lines;

has experience improving patient satisfaction, and driving full compliance to HCAHPS, local, state and Joint Commission standards;

is proficient with computers and other technology

is responsible for driving client and patient experience scores

Provides a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff

Supports a diverse and inclusive workforce.
