Responsibilities:

Manages and serves as the main contact person for assigned customers/accounts. 

Ensures accurate and timely project tracking. 

Verifies quotes with the sales team before submitting them to customers. 

Resolves problems and issues for assigned customers/accounts ensuring their expectations and requirements are met. 

Provides regular reports, analysis, and improvement measures on ongoing and completed projects. 

Collaborate and communicate with internal departments as well as external vendors, as needed. 

Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical, and professional manner. 

Performs other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

Education and/or experience equivalent to 3+ years of progressive Account Management or specialized customer support. A degree is preferable. 

Knowledge of refrigeration and the HVAC industry is a plus. 

Ability to manage multiple accounts, set and balance competing priorities with good organizational skills and ability to multi-task. 

Ability to solve problems and apply good judgment. 

Excellent verbal/nonverbal and written communication and presentation skills. 

Excellent customer service skills, including an ability to proactively address customer issues and concerns and the ability to forge strong working relationships with customers. 

Track record of punctuality and reliability. 

Ability to use typical business tools including MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, CRM, etc. 

Ability to understand and follow customers’ contract requirements, scorecards, etc.  

Ability to work with minimal supervision. 

Ability to work constructively in a team environment and follow instructions from the Manager. 

Ability to understand and follow all company policies and procedures and all applicable State and Federal laws.  

Ability to respond to after hours and/or weekend calls and resolve issues if needed.
