Overview:

Support product strategy for Incentives solutions across B2B channels of business.  Optimize product performance as measured by sales, profitability, targeted client segmentation, customer satisfaction and quality and provide sustainable competitive advantage in the marketplace. 

Responsibilities:

Supports the development and implementation of the product strategy, campaigns, product launches, and on-going product enhancements for Incentives solutions.

Conduct complex analysis of business metrics with respect to company, market, competitive and industry data/research to identify gaps and opportunities and develop product and application strategies for portfolio of products.   

Contribute to product and brand development and positioning, profitability and performance of product portfolio by analyzing key metrics of product performance and managing the product lifecycle. 

Work collaboratively across the organization to resolve complex issues with broad product and business implications

Communicates/reports on market trends as well as product performance including identifying performance issues and making recommendations for product improvement. 

Manages consistent communication of the product(s) value proposition in product collateral, training and sales materials. 

Continuously review client & partner landscape and recommend, develop, and implement new and creative approaches to growing the Incentives business.

Support the product marketing and campaign strategies as needed to ensure efficient implementation and execution.     

Qualifications:

Strong project & process management skills; Demonstrated track record of developing product strategies based on business objectives and leading implementation that delivers measurable business results.

Drive and sense of urgency: a passion to proactively own and grow the business

Key product management skills:  Business acumen, strong analytical skills, excellent presentation and written communication skills

Ability to interpret data and translate findings into strategic insights and actionable recommendations

Incentive industry experience preferred

Flexible and creative thinker with the ability to define business tradeoffs, generate out-of-the-box solutions and manage uncertainty.

Experience presenting to and dialoging with senior management level audiences; Ability to collaboratively interact with all levels of management, co-workers and clients

Highly proficient with MS Office

Bachelor’s degree required,

Five (5) years marketing/business management experience
