Department Summary:
Surpassing network limitations of the past, our Wireless Development organization is building the country’s first cloud-native, standalone 5G wireless network. This is the foundation of a connected world flexible enough to satisfy all the social, economic and transformative needs of today and the future.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively and independently schedule appointments, events and meetings of varying complexity
Arrange detailed travel plans and itineraries, compile documents for travel-related meetings
Compose and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and other complex documents
Anticipate needs of executives and act upon them accordingly
Screen incoming calls and correspondence and respond or route as appropriate
Maintain sensitive and confidential information relating to travel, expenses, disciplinary actions, pay rates, appraisal scores, and promotions
Manage regional projects/programs as assigned
Network with other Executive Assistants, Executives, and other DISH teammates
Must be willing to travel between multiple out-of-state offices in the Central Region
May require after hour support - evenings/weekends
Skills, Experience and Requirements:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or two years of related experience and/or training
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency with Google Suite strongly preferred
8+ years of experience working with the Executive and C-Level
Experience coordinating calendars, schedules and events for more than one Executive
Experience working within a Fortune 200 company is a plus
