Responsibilities

- Supervise and motivate our team, providing guidance and support as needed.

- Manage team schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient utilization of resources.

- Lead the recruitment and hiring process for new employees, including conducting interviews and assistance with the onboarding process.

- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.

- Develop and implement efficient office procedures to streamline workflow and enhance productivity.

- Coordinate with clinical team to facilitate seamless patient care experiences.

- Foster a positive office culture characterized by teamwork and respect.

- Handle escalated staff and patient inquiries or concerns with professionalism and empathy.

- Manage all systems and protocols within the practice and those responsible.

- Communicate with and foster strong relationships with our referral dentists.

- Meet with doctors weekly for update and review of practice business.

- Handle disciplinary actions and staff terminations in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

- Has oral surgical/dental and management experience

- Is a people-person

- Is responsible and calm in nature

- Is deeply passionate about serving others

- Is positive and likes to have fun

- Is tech savvy and a quick learner

- Has strong organizational skills
