Join our team and be a part of something extraordinary as we embark on a new journey with our new 988 Mobile Crisis Outreach Response Teams program.
988 Mobile Crisis Outreach Response Teams
The program operates throughout Burlington County and Mercer County providing mobile crisis outreach response services for adults through the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. This includes providing immediate and timely crisis intervention services, providing de-escalation and stabilization services in the community, and working to prevent hospitalization and law enforcement intervention when possible. Services are provided in via mobile outreach services throughout the region utilizing teams of two staff to provide both crisis assessment and support.

Full-time and part-time positions available on all shifts!
Salary: $20 to 23 / hour annually depending upon education, and experience.
Responsibilities:
Crisis Response Specialists will be responsible for evaluating consumers and deciding if additional psychological, psychiatric, or clinical services are needed. If this is the case, the Crisis Response Specialist will be responsible for activating the on-call Master’s Level Clinician for additional support.
Crisis Response Specialists must be able to demonstrating competency in culturally appropriate care, trauma informed care, de-escalation techniques, suicide assessment, and safety planning prior to rendering services independently.
Qualifications:
Must possess a bachelor’s degree in a mental health related field from an accredited institution plus two years post bachelor's professional experience.
Crisis Response Specialists may also possess a bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited institution but will need three years post bachelors professional experience in a mental health field.
Required to participate in CPR and First Aid training and required to perform techniques as needed.
Required to complete annual Agency trainings, as well as job related trainings determined by position.
Travel using agency vehicle required. Employee must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to drive and agency owned vehicle.
