Responsibilities:

Architect data solutions within the customer data domain, focusing on customer contact and billing data for internal applications

Lead the design and implementation of data APIs, ensuring alignment with the company’s common information model

Collaborate with cross-team architects to develop enterprise-wide data architectures

Support the ingestion, quality assurance, and availability of customer data, enabling the development of consumable data products

Lead architectural solutioning in an Agile environment, working closely with product owners, engineers, and QA staff

Stay informed on data-related projects across teams, ensuring consistency in architecture

Act as a technical leader in both data integration and business process understanding

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in data or integration architecture, with a deep understanding of data platforms and information products

Expertise with AWS data services such as Aurora PostgreSQL, AWS DocumentDB, and DataBricks

Experience with integration platforms such as Apigee, AWS Lambda, and IBM ACE middleware

Strong knowledge of data modeling, architecture patterns, and building scalable, high-quality data solutions

Experience leading architectural discussions within Agile and Scrum teams

Ability to ensure enterprise-wide alignment across data domains

Prior experience in the utilities or customer data domain is preferred but not required

Essential skills:

Technical Skills:

Core Data Platform: AWS (Aurora PostgreSQL, DocumentDB, DataBricks)

Integration: AWS Lambda, Apigee, Informatica CAI, IBM ACE

API Architecture: CRUD APIs for customer contact and billing data

Non-Technical Skills:

Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences

Strong team collaboration skills, with a proactive and hands-on approach

Self-driven, capable of independent work while ensuring ownership of architectural solutions

High attention to detail, particularly regarding data quality and accuracy

Benefits:

Trissential offers a competitive compensation package for full time roles. The pay range for this role is $170,000 to $190,000 annually depending on candidate's qualifications and experience. This role is eligible for benefits and includes options for medical, dental, vision, and tele-health benefits; Health Savings Account with company contribution; 3 weeks PTO, and 401k retirement savings.
