What is the role about:
Our client is currently seeking Data Administrators for a 6-month contract role. The position has arisen due to a pay-impacting data alignment exercise within the People Team. This role is critical to ensuring accurate and aligned data across multiple systems, which is essential for payroll accuracy.
What will I be doing:
Reviewing and investigating high-volume personal data to ensure accuracy across multiple systems
Managing various data areas to identify the correct system and determine necessary updates
Collaborating with People function teams to gather information and confirm required actions
Ensuring that updates are correctly implemented in the relevant systems
Tracking all requested, authorised, and implemented changes
Performing any other reasonable duties as needed
What do you need from me:
Strong focus on delivering accurate and timely results with a keen eye for detail
Experience in a People Team or working with data
Comfortable building trusted relationships and collaborating with individuals at various levels
Open to change and able to adapt in dynamic environments
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Methodical, organised, and able to remain calm under pressure
Professional and customer-focused approach with discretion, diplomacy, and sensitivity in handling confidential information
Excellent numerical, verbal, and written communication skills
High level of IT literacy, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
