Are you a motivated and talented individual looking to make a significant impact in the real estate consultancy sector? Our client, an Independent Real Estate Consultancy, is seeking an experienced Business Support Specialist to join their dynamic regional team in Manchester

As a Business Support Specialist, you will provide vital administrative support at the Director/Senior Associate level within our Regional Hubs. Your responsibilities will include producing high-quality documents and reports, managing tasks, and offering day-to-day support to your allocated Directors/Senior Associates. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations within your Regional Support Hub, collaborating with team members to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
Manage diaries, process expenses, book travel, and handle other ad hoc tasks for Directors/Senior Associates.
Create, amend, and troubleshoot documents/reports, ensuring they meet high standards and client house style.
Oversee the lifecycle of tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to SLAs.
Provide excellent service to fee earners, assist with task uploads, and offer guidance as needed.
Keep fee earners updated on task progress and deadline management.
Proofread documents, manage version control, and maintain document templates.
Work with operational teams on various tasks, support digital transformation initiatives, and suggest service improvements.

Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar professional services role, ideally within the real estate industry.
Skilled in Office 365, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with document management systems (SharePoint beneficial) and dictation/workflow tools.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Strong ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and manage KPIs.
Friendly, approachable, and able to provide top-notch client service.
Collaborative, with a demonstrated ability to embody company values.
Fast and accurate typing; Microsoft Office Specialist certification is a must. We are looking for candidates who have experience in Audio and copy typing.
