Are you a passionate and dedicated Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy Home Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in Northallerton? Our client, a highly respected private healthcare organisation with a successful portfolio of nursing and dementia homes across the UK, is seeking a strong and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy to join their team. This role offers the chance to lead by example and drive the service forward within a well-regarded care home, rated as Good in all areas with the CQC.
This role offers a competitive salary of £23 per hour, plus paid breaks, amounting to an annual salary of £57,408. You'll also benefit from a supportive team environment and the opportunity to work in a GOOD rated care home, with a maximum of 26 nursing clients.

As a Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Leading and managing the nursing and care teams
Conducting clinical audits and ensuring excellent medicines management
Lead by example, providing strong leadership and staff supervisions on the nursing floor
Working full-time day shifts, 48 hours per week (4 days from 8am-8pm), working 24 hours leading on the floor, and 24 hours supernumerary time.
