Search Consultancy are looking for an experienced Accounts & Billing Assistant to join a fantastic business based in Worthing on a temporary basis with the idea of going permanent!

This role is offering a salary of £28,000 - £30,000 and is all office based in their lovely office along with a very culture based team and manager!

This role is Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30.

Role responsibilities:
* Raising invoices
* Resolving queries and manage discrepancies
* Communicate with customer as and when needed regarding invoicing
* Reconcile supplier invoices and statements
* Analyse reports
* Resolve internal and external queries via email and phone
* Assist in calculating commissions and expenses
* Process staff expenses
* Posting invoices/credits on software
* Purchase orders
* Credit control as and when needed

Experience needed:
* AAT level 3
* Experience previously within accounts with proven experience of completing the above tasks
* Excellent working alone and as part of a team
* Strong work ethic to ensure all tasks are completed within the right time frames
