Learning Support Mentor – Cambridge (£13/hour)

We are looking for dedicated Learning Support Mentors to join our team, with 1 full-time position (37 hours/week) and 1 part-time position (22.5 hours/week) available. These roles are based in Cambridge and offer an exciting opportunity to help students with additional learning needs succeed in their education.
Within the Construction department.

Requirements:

Experience supporting young people with learning difficulties or disabilities in an educational setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for promoting inclusion.
Ability to adapt learning resources and provide differentiated support.
Commitment to safeguarding and student welfare.
Team player with a proactive approach to improvement.
GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above in English and maths.Pay: £13 per hour

Contract Positions
