Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a proactive Senior Human Resources Advisor to join our client's manufacturing team. In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive HR support while functioning as an integral member of a busy HR function. Your responsibilities will encompass:
* Supporting recruitment and onboarding efforts to attract and retain exceptional talent.
* Serving as a trusted HR professional to management, delivering advise and support on employee development or performance management.
* Supporting ER casework and processes, ensuring best practices and compliance.
* Efficiently handling HR transactions, focusing on compliance and operational efficiency.
* Developing and nurturing an inclusive, performance-driven, and positive workplace culture.
* Playing a key role in site improvement projects, contributing to the overall enhancement of operations.
Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience as a Senior HR Advisor or Coordinator with ideally a background in manufacturing, FMCG, or a similar industrial sector.
* Strong talent acquisition and onboarding process experience.
* Minimum qualification: CIPD Level 5 or degree in Human Resources Management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across the organization.
* A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
