YOU MUST HAVE SIX MONTHS OF UK CARE EXPERIENCE

We are looking for a team off dedicated support workers, who are happy to work part time supporting a range of different support workers.

We are preferably looking for drivers as some of our locations are remote, however this is not essential as long as you are willing to travel.

Job Responsibilities

· following and monitoring care plans.

· moving and handling.

· assisting with mealtimes.

· going into the community, to allow service users to pursue hobbies and interests.

· Providing and prompting personal care.

· providing physical and emotional support.

· carrying out daily domestic task.

You must be able to use your initiative to best support the service user and be an integral part of the healthcare team you will be working with.
