Freelance Quantity Surveyor
Location: East Manchester
Rate: £400 - £425 per day - DEO
Duration: Immediate start until February 2025
Expenses: Parking expenses covered
We are seeking a Freelance Quantity Surveyor for an office new build project based in East Manchester, working with a long-standing client.
This is a 100% site-based position, supporting the commercial team as they focus on pre-construction tasks for other projects.
Responsibilities:
* Monthly valuations
* Overseeing the day-to-day running of the project
* Assisting the commercial team by freeing up resources for other pre-construction activities
Note: No claims work required in this role.
Requirements:
* Experience in managing valuations and the day-to-day operations of a project
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Available to start immediately
* Ability to work full-time on-site
