£40,291 to £42,000 per annum (£23.48 - £24.48 phr 33 Hours per week)

Compass Associates are working with a valued client who have an opportunity for a Deputy Home Manager in Stirling, Our National Care client requires a Deputy Home Manager with valid Pin number, knowledge of National Standards and NMC code of practice.

The Candidate

As Deputy Home Manager, you will be working alongside the Home Manager to ensure the level of clinical care offered is exemplary. The home provides residents, general nursing and dementia care as well as respite care for both long term and short-term stay.

You will provide specialist nursing support and advice to the clinical team and take responsibility for the care home in the Managers absence, supervising and coaching colleagues and ensuring the care home continues to exceed CQC expectations and standards.

Along with a background in person centred care planning within a care home. Beyond that, it’s all about your brilliant, positive energy and natural ability to get along with people.

You’ll be a great mentor who can manage time effectively and keep meaningful records. You will be making sure the level of clinical care offered goes beyond just professional standards and statutory, regulatory and legal requirements.

It will mean providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence and supervising/coaching colleagues to provide a service that’s unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.

Requirements

NMC registration with no limitations to practice.

Passion for high quality patient care.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work as part of a team.

Previous experience working at a supervisory level within a care home environment

Salary & Benefits

This is a permanent position working 33 hours per week, days only with 115 supernumerary hours.
