A specialist fire protection contractor is looking for a savvy and energetic Maintenance Administrator to become an integral part of their vibrant Sittingbourne office.

Maintenance Administrator Role
You'll be the right-hand person to the maintenance manager, taking charge of key administrative duties such as:
Invoicing
Communicating reports to clients
Scheduling jobs for engineers
Tracking costs and maintaining up-to-date spreadsheets
Managing a set of accounts
Liaising with engineers and applying for permits
Sending RAMS
Supporting other admin team membersThe Maintenance Administrator
Proven admin experience (1+ years minimum)
Desirable - previous experience working for a maintenance or construction or contractor company
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
A resilient, positive attitude with top-notch written grammar and vocabulary
Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsIn Return?
£25,040 - £27,040
Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm (1-hour unpaid lunch)
Flexible working hours once trust is established
Potential for 1-day hybrid working after probation
20 days holiday + bank holidays
Standard pension
