This is a temporary to permanent opportunity
The first 12 weeks will be on a temporary basis paid at £12.50 per hour on a weekly basis
Further to the 12 week period if successful the role will be permanent paid on a monthly basis at £26,000 per annum
Monday to Friday role 05:30-14:30 with overtime available paid at £12.50 per hour

What We Are Looking For

Our ideal candidate is someone who:

Holds a valid driving license (Category B) with 0 points
Has experience in delivery driving or logistics (preferred but not mandatory)
Is reliable, punctual, and possesses excellent time management skills
Is physically fit, as the role may require lifting and moving goods
Has a friendly demeanour and excellent customer service skills

Job Responsibilities

As a van driver, your main responsibilities will include:

Safely transporting goods to various retail locations within Gatwick and surrounding areas
Loading and unloading deliveries with care
Maintaining accurate delivery records and paperwork
Ensuring that the vehicle is kept clean and well-maintained
Communicating effectively with warehouse staff and retail store personnel
