Electrical Maintenance Engineer - 4 days per week Monday to Thursday 36 hour week- Stafford
Salary £45,000 on experience
Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30 am to 5 pm
Annual Leave: 28 days (Pro-rata based on a 36 hour 4 day week)
Pension: Yes
Overtime is available if wanted paid at time and 1/4 or can be taken in Leui
The Role:
Join our busy engineering team as an electrically biased maintenance engineer. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of facilities, plant machinery, and equipment across all production areas, ensuring everything meets relevant safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct preventive and reactive maintenance.
Perform electrical and mechanical fault finding.
Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and implement improvements.
Work closely with the production team to minimize downtime.
Ensure all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Maintain a stock of essential spares for key machinery and equipment.The Team:

Qualifications and Skills:
Electrical Engineering qualification or apprentice-trained.
Experience in a production or factory environment

Flexible, adaptable, and able to work proactively and independently.
Ability to comprehend various engineering procedures and functions.
Capable of performing regular assessments.
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
