Our client, a dynamic and growing company, is seeking a Administrator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly organised, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Duties

Processing quotations for new and existing customers.
Handling incoming orders received via phone and email.
Maintaining and updating sales and customer records with meticulous attention to detail.
Processing sales and purchase invoices.
Raising purchase orders and ensuring goods have been delivered.
Entering data onto financial software.
Providing exceptional customer service and support through phone and email correspondence.
Checking the accuracy of data on orders and ensuring the validity of prices from quote conversions.
Collaborating closely with customers and the production team to resolve any queries or issues.
Assisting with various ad-hoc duties as required.

The ideal candidate

Previous admin experience
Enthusiastic &hardworking
Proactive and able to use own initiative and able to work autonomously
Highly organised
Honest & reliable
Strong communication skills
Great time management
