The Burford Recruitment Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time Housekeeper/ PA to support a busy family in their private home located near Banbury.
Our client is looking for someone 3 days per week, 9am to 5pm Monday to Wednesday however, flexibility is required.
Responsibilities
* Housekeeping: Maintain the tidiness of the property, including making beds and ensuring the farmhouse is always presentable
* Errand Running: Perform various errands as required, such as grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, and managing deliveries
* Event Planning: Organise and manage dinner parties and other gatherings, coordinating with other staff, and overseeing the event execution
* Diary Management: Efficiently manage the household calendar, scheduling appointments and ensuring smooth coordination of activities
* Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between the household and external service providers, facilitating clear and efficient communication
* Email management and Expenses collation
Skills and attributes required
* Proven experience as a Housekeeper/ PA within a private household
* Flexible and adaptable to changing needs and schedules
* Compassionate and understanding, especially in a family environment
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
* Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
* High level of discretion and confidentiality
Additional Information
* £22 per hour
* 9am to 5pm, Monday to Wednesday (flexibility required)
