A global pioneer in manufacturing of electro-mechanical equipment and systems is now looking for Quality Manager to join their multi-disciplined engineering team in Slough, Berkshire. Our Client is a UK leading provider of UV products and equipment for pharmaceutical, electronics and aquaculture industries.

As a Production Manager, you will oversee the production facility in Slough focusing on delivering exceptional quality products. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives and create a LEAN production setup, driving innovation and ensuring targets are met.

Responsibilities as a Production Manager in Slough.

* Lead, manage, and develop the production and test teams, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

* Drive change, create a LEAN production environment, and deliver tangible quality improvements
