Baltic Recruitment are currently seeking a Semi skilled bench joiner to join our client based in Hartlepool. As a Bench Joiner, you will be responsible for assembling various wooden components as well as completing all Ironmongery work.
Duties:
- Fabricate and assemble wooden components according to specifications
- Use power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and smooth wood
- Assist with painting and finishing tasks
-Complete all Ironmongery work according to specification
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure finished products meet quality standards
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Bench Joiner
- Strong knowledge of joinery techniques and woodworking principles
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools
- Familiarity with different types of wood and their characteristics
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
Shifts:
7am - 4:15pm Monday to Thursday , 7am-12pm Friday
Pay rate:
The pay rate is negotiable depending on experience.
