HGV Driver - Nights | Permanent | £50,000 - £55,000
Hours: Sun - Thu 6pm - 4am
As HGV Driver, you will be hard working, punctual with a positive attitude and be able to cope in a highly pressurised environment. Your duties will include collecting Finished Goods from our Elton Warehouse and delivering to a specified warehouse and you will take vehicles / trailers when required for inspections as well as supporting business needs when required.
The main aim of the HGV Driver is to transport finished foods from our Elton Warehouse to external storage facilities. Depending on business needs, the HGV Driver maybe required to deliver direct to customer or collect raw materials for glass production.

The Key Requirements
Clean HGV Licence with CE entitlement
Up to Date Drivers CPC
Valid Driver Card
Previous experience as an HGV driver transporting glass products on curtainsider trailers
Must be adaptable as overtime and work schedule could be changed or required at the last minute to meet customer needs
Previous experience as an HGV driver transporting powder products on tankers and tipping trailers for sand is an advantage but not essential
