Position: Senior Marketing Executive
Location: Crawley
Salary: Up to £36,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns, keeping to budgets and timelines
Regularly update the website, using SEO and PPC to boost visibility
Develop and implement social media strategies, monitor channels, and engage with followers
Write engaging content for newsletters, blogs, social media, and PR
Collaborate with marketing agencies to create standout campaigns
Identify partnerships and brand development opportunities
Analyse performance data, making recommendations for future improvements
Optimise LinkedIn profiles for key team members
Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing materials

Skills & Experience:

Proven marketing experience, with a creative eye and attention to detail
Strong communication and organisational skills
Proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
