Position: Recruitment Coordinator
* Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
* Location: Near Broxbourne, Herts
* Contract: Permanent, Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
* Monday – Friday, 9am-5:30pm

Job Role:
This is an exciting time to join our client in a fast-paced and varied recruitment role, where you’ll have the autonomy to manage the full recruitment process. You will be first point of contact for Recruitment queries, onboarding and attracting top talent to join the business, whilst helping drive the company’s ambitious growth plans.
Key Role & Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing suitable candidates through job boards, social media, and company website
Scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and providing a positive recruitment experience
Handling both internal and external recruitment-related queries
Manage the full candidate experience, including arranging interviews and providing interview feedback
Assist with general recruitment administrator to provide all the appropriate paperwork/information to complete onboarding paperwork/contracts of employment and that Right to Work, DBS and Reference Checks
Advertise roles both internally and externally through various channels, which include; Job boards, company website, social media and LinkedIn
Overseeing the entirety of the recruitment process
Confident managing a variety of vacancies
Working closely with directors/hiring managers, identify staffing needs and requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies
Evaluate resumes and conduct initial screenings to identify the most suitable across the following sectors; Transportation, Care Services, Residential children’s home and head office
Assist with DBS Applications and tracking
Dealing with onboarding and training for new starters
General administrative duties
Takes the lead in implementing improvements to the recruiting process.
Experience & Skills:
Previous experience successfully working in a recruitment role
Experience with the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
Able to source top talent
Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills
Experienced writing job adverts
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to build relationships across the business
Proficient knowledge of MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organisational abilities and ability to multiple task
A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
