We are now on the look out for an experienced Internal Recruiter who has experience of recruiting within the Health and Social Care Sector.

Opportunity:

Internal Recruiter will have experience of recruiting within the Health and Social Care Sector responsible for the internal recruitment for the Group.

Role and Responsibilities:

* CV Sourcing suitable candidates

* Booking in Interviews

* Attending Job Fairs

* Ensuring Candidates have right to work

* Recruiting for Residential Support Workers, Registered Managers

* Stakeholder Management

* Ability to make high volume of candidate calls and booking candidates in

Experience:

* Recruitment within Social Care

* High Volume Recruitment experience

* UK Driving Licence
